Since your order will originate in the United States, you should confirm that your business is approved to receive shipments from the United States. You can confirm this information by contacting your local customs office.

If your company has a customs broker on retainer to respond to any incoming shipments, please notify your broker and customs office when your order is due to arrive and inform them that you would like DHL to act as your customs broker. This will ensure that you will not be responsible for any duties, taxes or fees.
