The Service Contracts Division provides acquisition support for all services needed to support the BEP’s operations, including Research and Development (R&D), Architecture & Engineering (A&E), construction, facility maintenance and operations, calibration and maintenance, and analytical studies as well as performing contract administration on those contracts. Procurement of services support both the Washington, DC and Fort Worth, TX facilities.
